Visitors should use this store without unlawful conduct, security attacks, or disruption. We work to describe HydroJug goods clearly, while acknowledging ordinary differences in display colors or packaging.

Purchase formation

An order submission offers to buy but does not itself ensure acceptance. Inventory, payment review, correct order details, taxes, prices, and available shipping choices can affect whether it is accepted.

Post-purchase requests

Defective and non-defective new goods can be considered for return, and exchanges are accepted for review. A non-faulty return requires new, unused, original condition. Ask within 30 calendar days after delivery and wait for approval before mailing; a free prepaid label is already included in the parcel. No restocking fee is charged. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, with separate provider posting time. Read the Refund Policy for detailed steps.
