Shipping Policy

Delivery of HydroJug goods involves two clocks: our handling time and the carrier's time after handoff. Neither estimate is an unconditional delivery guarantee.

Order preparation

Once payment authorization succeeds, we usually prepare the order in 1–2 business days. The journey following dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. Business-day figures exclude applicable holidays and weekends, and disruptions can affect the carrier schedule.

Where and how we ship

At checkout, the order's available destinations, services, and charges are displayed. Check the address and reachable contact information carefully. Tracking is provided when released by the carrier.

If delivery does not go as expected
