Help us locate the right information

For an order, share its number and the email used at checkout. Include tracking for delivery concerns, and images or video when an item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. A privacy request should identify the issue; reasonable identity confirmation may be necessary.

High volume, holidays, incomplete details, or a carrier investigation may affect reply timing. Ordinary email is not a safe place for full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes.
